Bereavement & Heart-to-heart Comfort
Both ministries provide Biblical comfort and support to bereaved members as well as the local  community in order to facilitate a healthy resolution of grief with spiritual restoration.  top 

Boys and Girl Scouts
We train young boys and girls of TLFC to grow to be active, prosperous, and industrious young men and women for the future. Top

Children's Church
The primary purpose for True Light Fellowship Children's Church is to offer an opportunity for our children (ages 2-12) to participate in worship at their level of understanding during the Sunday services. Our goal for the children is to see them love the Word of God, and learn how to apply it to their daily lives. Top

Christian Counseling
We administer Biblically based counsel to families to aid in the development of a strong, personal faith.  We assist in making homes a haven of stability by teaching family members to communicate effectively, by constructing positive role models, and by teaching the importance of respect for each other. The ultimate goal of the counseling session is to enable the counseled to become productive members of the body of Christ and to have the counseled look to the Lord rather than to men for solutions to their problems. Deacon and Deaconess
This ministry provides support to each member and assists the Pastor with home visitation, prayer for the sick and shut-in as well as the bereaved.  Also, the ministry serves as an intermediary for members experiencing various emergency needs such as temporary financial distress. Top

Educational Outreach Ministry
The purpose of this ministry is holistic, in that it endeavors to make the student aware of the presence and concern of our heavenly Father in all aspects of life-even our educational endeavors.  We offer tutorial programs, adult education courses, GED prep, SAT prep, refresher courses and general education courses for children. These classes are offered free of charge.  Top

Evangelism
True Light's concept of discipleship is to bring people to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, teach them how to live their lives consistent with the Word of God, and prompt them to action within the community to form a continuous cycle of ministry. We have set our hearts to evangelize the nations as commanded in Matthew 28:18-19.  TLFC Outreach teams take the Word of God into neighboring communities. Top

Follow-up
This ministry seeks to provide guidance to people who have recently accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, and teaches the basic truth of the Bible so that they are able to grow in the knowledge of the Word of God through faith in Christ. We share literature (tracts, etc) and minister to every new convert on pressing issues and foundation of truths. We are also available for additional follow-up if necessary.  Top

Health Education
This ministry provides support to each member in meeting some health needs, and also educate TLFC members on various issues pertaining to their health and general well-being.  Top

Hospitality
We greet and serve in a loving and hospitable way all members of TLFC and those from the community who come through our doors. We have a willingness to serve when and where needed at any and all events pertaining to the TLFC ministry.  Top

Intercessory Prayer
At the True Light Fellowship Church intercessory prayer is a daily event, from 12 noon to 1:00PM and 6:00PM to 7:00PM  The believer submits to and relies totally on the Holy Spirit to charge through the darkness, to pull down the strongholds of the enemy in any situation, and hold up the bloodstained banner in victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  He is alive and seated at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us.  Top

Marriage Enrichment
This ministry's efforts and focus can be summarized in these passages: 1) "Except the Lord build the house, the labor in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain" (Psalm 127:1). 2) "Through Wisdom is a house built; and by understanding it is established" (Proverbs 24:3, NIV).

Our desire is to work with Pastor and Mrs. Pinnock to build Christ-centered homes and relationships empowered by the Holy Spirit. We confess that wisdom, understanding, and harmony will flow through this ministry and in our homes-To God be the glory, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!!!

Membership
The membership ministry is designed for new members. Our job consists of receiving and taking in new members and indoctrinating these members in the dogma, liturgy and missions of True Light Fellowship Church. Top

Missions
We as believers practice our discipleship by rehabbing homes for the needy, participating in food and clothing drives for the homeless and less fortunate, and by providing tutoring programs, employment services, as well as various types of counseling to the community-at-large.  We seek to cross all cultural, traditional, language, socioeconomic, and geographical boundaries to take the gospel of salvation and deliverance to the lost, the suffering, and the dying, that they may come into the knowledge of Jesus Christ our Savior.  Top

Music
The aim of the TLFC Music Ministry is to usher in the presence of God through music. The Music Ministry believes that in this particular age, music is being used as a powerful means to usher in the spirit of praise and worship. We believe that when this is done in a way that is pleasing to God, the congregation will experience deliverance and revelation in a mighty way.   Top

Nursing Home Ministry
This ministry visits several nursing homes in the surrounding community to bring the gospel to residents.  During the visit, we devote a time for prayer, and an inspirational message is preached. We pray individually for residents as well as serve communion. We supply Bibles for those in need, and give special gifts prepared by our children during the holidays.  Top

Scholarship
We provide funds for the children of TLFC for their education. We support them financially as they prepare for or attend college.  Also, we take joy in preparing our young people for higher learning by giving guidance to them. Top

Seniors in Touch
The seniors ministry addresses the social, economic, and spiritual needs of seniors, ages 65 and over, at TLFC to maintain a healthy lifestyle within their surroundings. We seek to motivate and stimulate interaction by helping them stay active, healthy, happy and well.  Top

Singles : Living Single in Christ
The ministry's objective is to support single adult men and women as they face the challenges of living a victorious and fulfilled life in Christ. The ministry aims to meet the needs of the total person using spiritual, social, educational, and recreational based activities. Foundational Scriptures: (ICorinthians 7:32-35; Matthew 6:33).  top

Social Services
This ministry provides socioeconomic support to each member of TLFC and throughout the community by providing job leads, health, financial information, etc., to the less advantaged.  Top

Sunday School
The Sunday School curriculum provides additional instruction to those who wish to study God's Word without attending TLFC School of Biblical Studies. This forum also allows for questions to be answered and clarification of misleading doctrines to be brought forth in a comfortable setting.  Top 

True Light Fellowship Early Developmental Center
The child care service is designed to provide a nurturing, safe and spiritual environment of well-being for every child in our care. We aspire to extend to every child a well-rounded instructional program, which will develop for some and enhance for others strong social, emotional, physical and spiritual principles necessary for a great start toward future achievements.  Top

TLF School of Biblical Studies
TLF School of Biblical Studies was founded in September 1995 under the leadership of Pastor Wesley Pinnock, D.Min.  Our ultimate purpose is to aid in the spiritual growth and maturity of all believers, "that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified." (Isaiah 61:3)
TLF School of Biblical Studies is open to all adults, ages 18 and over, who desire to enhance their knowledge of God's Word and its application for more effective ministry as believers within their particular spiritual callings as well as life vocations. Click Here for the website. Top

Ushers
This ministry provides support and help in a hospitable way to all members of the TLFC. Our main purpose is to be greeters and attend to the needs of the congregation when called upon to serve.  Top

Vacation Bible School and Summer Camp
These ministries provide summer fun for our children in the form of planned and meaningful activities. We minister to children age 3 - 12 years of age. Various outdoor activities occur daily and we emphasize a hands-on approach with our children.  Come! Youth
Children ages 12 and up interact in a group setting to stay active and occupied in a constructive way to meet their social and spiritual needs. The Youth Ministry is divided into 6 components to meet the whole needs of our youth: 1) Worship 2) Recreation 3) Education 4) Evangelism 5) Youth Bible School, and 6) Administration.  We cordially invite you to be a part of any component (Youth Bible School, Agape, Fitness for Life, Homeless Ministry, Mime Ministry, Youth Choir, etc.  top
